The NFU needed to improve its image to its membership.
We prepared, designed, wrote and produced all elements of the membership renewal pack launching the NFU's new credit card style membership card. Working the card into the NFU logo, we promoted the accessible services and profiled specific members to promote a membership activated organisation. We incorporated incentives into the pack to encourage transition from cash to direct debit renewals.
